Honnor roll

Tiffany made Honor roll again for this semester. The rest of this kids did not get there grades yet, but we should know soon.

Getting ready for Christmas

So we are getting ready for christmas. Next weekend we are going to cut down a tree and decorate it. We do have the lights up outside bill did a great job with them.

School is in session

The children all started school on Sept. 2, 2008. Tiffany is doing good in school she is taken spanish this year, Will is at the new school for one year then he moves on to Middle school so in a few months he will graduate 5th grade! Jake is doing good at the new school and even has friends in his classes in 3rd grade. Chloe loves first grade, and is doing really well with her homework. Will, Jake, & Chloe were all worried since they had to go to a new school this year but now it is right by there house which is nice yet they still take a bus to school a really short bus ride.

Our Fall Harvest

So as the summer is coming to an end we still have the last of our harvest from the garden. The carrots seem to do really well. They do not look like the ones you get in the store but they do taste amazing. And we have one pepper it looks great i will let you know how it tastes.

Our latest project

SO Bill and I decided to make a laundry station for the basement and this is how it turned out. I think it will make a huge difference

The forked river shore

So we were able to spend the last 2 weekends in aug down forked river with some very nice weather. One weekend we had some company Vicki, which was great we had such a fun time and there is nothing like trying to eat cake on a rockin Boat! Then on Labor day weekend we actually got all 4 boats together! we had so much fun, jelly fish and all.

Liz's new hair cut

So, I did it I cut my hair! 13 inches in total. i will donate 11 inches to locks of love i have it in the bag already to go.

Tiffany's brithday

Tiffany, jake will and chloe went into the back on monday to play with tiffany's new razor in the picture jake is teaching her how to ride a skate board. She enjoyed her cake that was designed to look like a texting phone since that is her favorite pastime now. Tiff is very excited to go and spend her money on clothes you know the big 12 you have to look good!

The Cape May wedding

It was an amazing ceremony on the beach on a very hot saturday afternoon. But they both looked very nice and the bed and breakfast was very nice. We also got to go out on the boat on saturday with some lovely weather in the morning.

Chloe did an amazing job in her dance recital. She performed swan lake and looked amazing with her outfit!

So today in the cove at forked river i saw for the first time a swan. He was hanging out in the nice calm water after the storm on saturday night. And I took it as a nice sign since the day before I proposed to bill and he said Yes. So we are engaged.

Mom's Birthday

We were able to sing happy birthday and all three red heads were together. The kids loved the fact we had icecream and jimmies and syrup!

Will's 10th birthday!

So Will is now double digits. He got some cool new legos only 8000 peices it took him all of maybe 2 hours to complete the car. We also had a lego birthday cake.

The summer sun

I just have to say the last few weeks have made my garden grow. I love it granted the cat hates the fence but it keeps the rest of them out.

The beach house

We headed down the shore this past weekend and the boys went fishing. Jake caught a flounder but it was only 14 inchs not long enough but maybe next time. The kids got to see the light house but the thunderstorm that entered with us prevented us to climb to the top of it maybe next time! But sunday we were able to spend a nice afternoon on the water and the kids made a nice ecosystem on the beach to hold their clams and hermacrabs. And Maria loves the boat just not the water! A silly one that dog.

The garden has had some new additions since the rabbits came to inspect and eat some of the growing plants.... lettuce, peppers, and some chamomile to end the meal. But thankfully it is still early in the summer i think most of them will come back and now they can't get in!

We headed out on the boat at night for the first time and went to see some fireworks for the founder's day celebration on barnaget bay.

I have almost finished my garden bench. all I need to do is seal it.
